Vindu Dara Singh is an Indian film and television actor. He is the winner of the third season of Bigg Boss, He made his acting debut in the Hindi film 'Karan' (1994). Then he acted in a Punjabi language film, Rab Dian Rakhan (1996), which was directed by his father. Since then, he has acted in many films, mostly in supporting roles. He has also acted in TV serials, including the role of Lord Hanuman in the TV serial Jai Shri Hanuman, much like his father did in Ramayan. He won BIGG BOSS on 26 Dec 2009 and was also announced the most stylish and bold contestant to win the Chevrolet Cruze defeating Pravesh Rana and Poonam Dhillon. The 45-year-old, son of former wrestling champion and actor Dara Singh, has been waiting for one big push in his career since making his film debut in 1994. In the third season of the TV reality show Bigg Boss, it was Vindu who became one of the main TRP-earning factors. He has been given the title 'Bade dil wala' (man with a golden heart) by his housemates.
